  • Introduction

Hi everybody. Just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Lynn, I'm 33 SAHM of 3 wonderful kids ages 10, 3 and 1 and I'm from Southern Ontario Canada. I'm not new to atkins, I lost over 60 lbs about 5 years ago, but all came back and more. Well I'm back and determined to do it this time. I started Jan 1/05 and am down 8 lbs so far. Im going to Curves 3x a week.

Hopefully having a support place like this will keep me motivated and going.

welcome to the board from a former 300+ pounder. we got an exercise challenge set up for the larger folks called the TDL(triple digit losers) if you'd like to join your fellow TDL board memebers in shrinking your self as you get healthier eating and working your Atkins.
