Hi every one, I'm new here, and just thought I'd introduce myself. I have about three stone to lose, and started induction yesterday. I've tried several weight loss plans before, and have even reached goal weight, but have always ended right where I started, with even more weight on, usually by binging on carbs.
So I figured that this might be one diet where I might suceed!!
I've decided to join the forum after reading through some of the threads, and seeing how friendly and supportive everyone was.
I must admit I still have some doubts about this diet, after following low-fat weight-loss plans previously, (they worked, but I always fall of the wagon..
)but am willing to give it a good try.
Thanks for reading,
Boodler

I can tell you that following the Atkins way of eating will seem soooo strange for a while. But the weight *will* come off. You'll be able to eat more than you ever have on any *diet*, and you will be so pleased with how you *feel*!!!

really appreciate it!!
so anyway, drank gin and tonic, instead...but they didn't have any slimline tonics, so drank the bad tonic the sugary
stuff..... will this set me back??? How far??
