    Back to Atkins

    Hi Everyone!!
    My name is Stephanie and I tried Atkins about 3 years ago after I had my son and I lost the weight I gained with that pregnancy. However, I've never lost those last 20 pounds from my first pregnancy and so I'm hoping Atkins will help me. I have a hard time sticking to diets and exercise, hopefully these forums will help keep me motivated.
