  • Hello!

    Hello everyone!

    After trying this way of life and failing I am back for a real try. This time I am desperate. I need to get on a plane in October and I'm afraid I won't fit in the seat. I don't know how much weight I've gained but I'm wearing a size 22/24 pants and I can't squeeze through a turnstile without getting stuck at least once (How embarrassing). I am not ready to weigh myself. I can't bear it. I am guessing somewhere around 300? So... tomorrow I am giving it my all. I am going to be motivated, happy, and stay positive. I am going to rely on my book, refer to my book, not cheat and exercise as much as I can without dropping to the floor. I really don't have much of a choice at this point. So... I will be over at the "Century Club" wish me luck and good luck to you all as well. No more excuses for me.

    Oh... and thanks to all of you who have posted your pictures and success stories. You have motivated me to come back to this board!

    Welcome. Your attitude is great -- make a plan to stick to all the things you listed above and come here often for support and motivation. Having friends to laugh, talk and share the journey makes it more enjoyable and helps keep you focused. You can do it, we are all here for you!
