Hello All,
My name is Lisa and this will be my 3rd attempt at atkins. The first time was a few years ago and i had some success but gained it back when I had kids. I tried again a few months ago but had some slip ups and eventually fell off. I think my main issue before was going into it thinking of it as a diet. I've read the book and now see its more of a lifestyle. I feel totally and completely confident starting up again. I really think this is it
I feel a little silly almost like a kid on the first day of school, but I am so excited to know I am going to start loosing some weight, and stat to enjoy doing things I haven't done in years. I am sure I will be on here a ton and look forward to reading you success stories almost as much as i will enjoy posting mine.
