  • slider... a message of thanks to you guys.

    hello out there....

I just wanted to say hi and congratulations to all you dedicated people! I started back on induction in June and then slid right off the wagon this summer. (Too much company, not enough will power!)
I lose weight very very slowly and tend to get discouraged easily. For example, I totally change my way of eating/exercising and lose maybe 2 pounds in two weeks. Then, I go to my Mom's for four days and gain 6 pounds just as easy as can be.
I am hovering back up around 175 again. geez. So for inspiration and to get off the pity pot I check in here.
Again, I send my admiration and congratulations to you all!

Thanks Mylastime for your message of thanks.

Don't worry about losing slowly... the important thing is that you do lose when you do Atkins. Think direction rather than speed. It's so worth hanging in there. If you get imaginative with your preparation of foods, you'll find there's so much to celebrate in this way of eating.

Keep at it. We'll help you.
