  • Hello! newbie happy to be here!

Hello, my name is Mariel. I live in buffalo, ny. i am 27 years old and new to the board. I have a little over 50 lbs to lose. I have experienced the atkins lifestyle a few times, but never for more than a few months. I am hoping that by being a part of this supportive community, i will have better success.
i also need to figure out how to do signatures n stuff, because i'm also a message board newb too.

Hi Mariel! Welcome to the board. You managed to make a new thread and post, I'd say you're not that bad at a bulletin board so far! You can go read the FAQ's to find out more about the mechanics of the board.

In the meantime, you will find this to be a particularly supportive community. We're all here for the same reason, I'm so glad you've joined us.
