    Back after 3 years

    Well it's been 3 years since I last started Atkins. after 2 other attempts at differnet diets I've decided to come back to something that I know works... so here we go !!!!

    Hello Sparkle!...I'm right there with ya...almost three years for me too! It's back to square one for me..1st day of induction!...and more to lose than the first time.....will we ever learn! lol

      Welcome back Sparkle (and Bootie too)! That's the main thing... that you are back and ready to re-commit to the Atkins way of eating. I'm willing to bet that pretty soon you'll be healthier, in better shape and proudly displaying a trimmer figure.

      How about checking out the Second Time Around Club? They're a terrific bunch over there and the forum is a goldmine of tips and advice for anyone who's strayed from the path once or more.

        Hi everyone. Rather than start a new thread, I fit in here as well. Just over three years ago I got down to ten kilos above my goal and then quit. Back. Sticking with it this time, oddly enough now with an almost five year old and just barely a couple kilos below my 9 month pregnancy weight . Nice to be here.
