Just saying hello. I probably won't have much input, but figured I'd delurk. Started Atkins Feb 28, 2004. Was around 210, now 166. So... hello. Thanks to Moochiecat for pushing me to introduce myself. And that's all I have to say for now.

Welcome to the
ha
Moochie was so right! First step in being part of this community is to introduce yourself because it's important for us that you've had great success with Atkins and members love success! Just look at our Before and After photo forum. I also lurked for a month before registering and I felt like I knew everyone from my month lurking and reading! So, registering just gave me the opportunity to be part of this group.
So, welcome. Keep up the great work!

SnowCloud, welcome to the board.
I lurked for about 3 weeks before I registered. But I also have found out that the more I post the more successful I am in my weight loss. So this board can be a great tool to keep you going.
Good luck.Jim

Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?
