I started about a year ago on weight watchers and I lost lost 30lbs, and then I gained 10 of them back. I figured there must be a better way. My husband is a diabetic who has been following a low carb diet and it has done wonders for him, and years ago we did Akins together.
So, here I am. Looking to find a way out of the diet maze and become healthy and slim. I believe low carb is the only option for me, so tired of the 100 calorie packs and baby carrots and getting less than stellar results. I want to eat again, I want to actually feel full and not go to bed with my stomach growling. So, like I said here I am.
I'm looking forward to getting to know all of you.
