    September Spotlight Posters

    Just want to welcome all who are starting their quest for happiness, health and weight loss. You've come to the right place!! The people here are the 'best' support system you can receive. Atkins rocks. It really does.

    I'll be gone for a while. I'll be on vacation for about a week and then I'm having some surgery on my hands so don't know when I'll be 'typing' again. But I'll be back as soon as possible to give you a proper welcoming to the board.

    Read the posts, learn the program and make plans to succeed. Don't let excuses stand in your way. YOU can do it. We are all hear for you!

      Have a great vacation Becky, and after that, here's to your very successful surgery and speedy recovery! We know you're dedicated to ADBB, but there's no need for you to type with your toes!

          And a speedy recovery on your hands!! We will keep you in our thoughts and will be missing your posts!
