Re: Newbie who is very excited

So, I'm pretty sure I'm past the "induction flu" phase. The 2nd and 3rd day were bad. I had a killer migrane, but today I woke up and felt pretty good. I just feel like I have a slight fog in my brain, like I'm a little fuzzy. lol. I'm happy to have made it through the hardest area and I did really well. I measured and counted everything. I think day 2 I had a lil more cheese than aloud, but it wasn't a lot and it was an accident. It was funny last night my brother had these mints and I just out of relex took it to eat. My mom was like do you have anymore and at that moment I realized noooooooo I can't eat this and spit it out. It's so weird how you just don't think about food, you just eat. It was like subconscious. Well, can't wait till Friday...weigh day. I don't care if it's only 1 pound or 1 inch anythngs better than nothing or worse gaining. Thanks for all the support so far.

Re: Newbie who is very excited

GGRRRRR.... So, I stepped on my scale tody as friday is my weigh day and measure day. Of, course I'm all excited, I didn't sneak a weigh in once, I wanted to be excited, and boy was i. The scale said 260...What?!?!?! When I started 6 days ago the scale said 300 lbs. I know you lose weight fast on the diet, but come on. I only lost an inch in the waist, inch in the bust and half an inch in the neck, there's no way I lost 40 lbs. Now, I'm begginning to wonder if I have a faulty scale. GRRRR, when I need it most. I am excited by the inches, but wish I knew the weight. What if my scale was acting funny before when I weighed myself. I feel like I don't truly know where I started and what I've lost for the past seven days. Damn scale, today I will trow you out the window. Any suggestions anyone?

Yes... that's very irritating, but really inches are what count. Those are what people see, not the number on the scale. Congratulations on your inch lost in only six days!
