hello everyone..
I'm not exactly new to Atkins. I lost about 40 pounds on it and actually managed to keep it off for the last 3 years or so. I kept switching to low fat/high carb diet but results were minimal to the amount of effort I put into it. So, now I'm back at Atkins. One thing I noticed about this diet is that its easier to follow mostly because of the restrictions (weird huh?). With a low fat diet it was calorie this and no white flour that. With Atkins, I know straight up what I can eat and what I cannot and be successful at both. Also, it seems the effort I put into it was meaningful (I can lose 2x the weight versus the standard low fat diet).
So I'll be stciking around for awhile, hoping to help some newbie people with their diet as well as receiving some great advice from the veterans.

Also, it's how I feel on this lifestyle.
