  • Starting Induction Tomorrow!

I guess I'm committed now, since I'm posting. I was on the diet before, went off at Easter time and have been off track ever since. I LOVED being on the diet too! I've gained about 7 pounds. Wish me well. This time I will be doing measurements too. I was too chicken last time.

Welcome back Mary Jo, glad you found your way back. I have seen so many that have come back lately. That tells me that anyone who has ever done this way of eating knows it works, you included. I look forward to seeing you around a lot. Stay the course this time and you will be at goal in no time, ttyl, brady

That's great MaryJo, you are the second duo starting up this week. I wish I could have started when I was sixteen.

Hey maryjo! Good for you for coming right back after gaining a few pounds! That's a big hurdle right there! How great that your daughter is eating this way with you. I'm sure it will help both of you at dinnertime! I will look forward to watching both of you shrink!

Warm welcome back Merryjo! Glad you decided to re-commit to Atkins.
This time you have the company of your daughter which is a terrific bonus. It's more fun and easier to follow a specific eating plan if you have someone to share the journey with!

            Happy losing!

Welcome back Maryjo. Measuring is a good idea. The scale doesn't always move but the tape measure does. Best of luck to you and your daughter.
