  • Hey From the Newbie!

    Im so excited to be apart of this message board. A little about me.. Im 25 years old. Stay at home Mom to my three wonderful children. Tyler (5yr) Hailey Mae (2yr) And Logan who is my newest (3 months). I have a wonderful and amazing husband that loves me just the way I am. He serves in the US Army as Military Police. I was at one point in time 300 lbs. And I made the life style change and decided enough was enough. So with diet and walking CONSTANTLY I managed to drop 122 LBS!! So weighing in to date at 178 I am looking to reach my goal of 150. So ATKINS DIET here I come. I've been in the induction phase for almost 5 days now and have dropped 12 lbs which puts me at my current weight 178. I would love the support of all of you beautiful people who have already reached your goal. So that I may share in that glory as well!!! I look foward to hearing from you and supporting anyone who needs it as well!!!!!

    Welcome aboard Army wife and congrats on your amazing losses so far. This way of eating should take you on to goal. I hope to see you around with some more success stories. if i can help you with anything, let me know.
    You have a beautiful family, thanks for sharing. Give your hubby my thanks for protecting our great country. The servicemen are all heroes in my eyes.

        Aww..aren't you a cutie!! Anyway girl when you reach your goal I will be expecting a HUGE gift..maybe a pedicure or a manicure, some shopping and lunch of coarse..Just kidding your doing great and seeing you today just confirmed that you are way smaller then Ever! Keep on track buddy!

              Congratulations on your fabulous losses so far. It's very cool that you've come to Atkins to lose the last lbs and reach goal. I'm confident that pretty soon we'll see you on maintenance!

                  Welcome to the board armywife101stfc1! Look at you go, 12 pounds in 5 days! You've had incredible weight loss so far, eating Atkins style will get you to where you want to be!

                    Your weight loss so far is awesome. I'm glad that you found this site and are going to finish off the rest of your loss with this way of eating. As you browse around you will see many people that have reached goal and are maintaining very happily and successfully.

                        Hey there, I think what your husband does is awesome....I really respect all of our military, and I respect you for taking charge of your body. I started this diet at 215, then dropped to 172 for a long time, and after seeing pics of myself went back to induction and then through the rungs i have reached 148, so you can do this...BTW your pics are beautiful. WELCOME
