    Hello, Everyone,

I had been on Atkins before and I lost 30 lbs. I went on vacation a few months ago and totally forgot all that I had learned.I gained back 25 lbs. I am starting induction tomorrow.
I come to this web site and read the post regularly and find such encouragement and it makes me feel so hopeful when I feel that I am not going to make it , or that there is no point in trying. I have such a long way to go. I thank you all for being here!!

Hey there Asoprano! Welcome aboard! It's terrific that you decided to re-commit to Atkins. You had success before so I'm positive you will again.

Don't get overwhelmed by feelings of "never getting there". Just come here for support and inspiration. This board has been that little extra "something" that many of us have needed to make reaching goal that bit easier.
Take baby steps... a resolute day at a time... and you'll suddenly see the light at the end of the tunnel. Hang in there... believe me, it's so worth it! You are worth it!

        Happy Atkineering!

Hi asoprano! Welcome. Good you for jumping right back to induction! Since you've done this before, you know the drill! Follow the rules, drink lots of water and you will lose you weight again.
