    Hello to anyone reading this!

    My name is Monay I am 26 yrs old and the mother of two girls.
    One is 3 years old the other is 5 months.
    I started the ATKINS DIET on Jan 17,2004. Hoping to lose
    some baby fat! (and fit in my old jeans) PLEASE HELP ME! I need much encouragment!

    welcome- wow your goal weight is 100, how tiny- how tall are you?well you seem to be doing good so far come here often as this ha is full of motivation. tips.. drink water, eat veggies and only eat things that are on t he acceptable list. good luck :wave

      I know 100 lbs sounds low but Im only about 5'3
      and 100lbs was my normal weight before 2 kids I do not in any way shape or form think that I am overweight I just want to fit back in my old clothes (wishful thinking) I've gone up 3 pants sizes :anger and I want to stop gaining wieght NOW before It gets out of hand I will have to post pics soon
