Thanks for the continued welcomes! Been a tough weekend dealing with the death of BFF's dad. But we got thru it.Hoping to just rest this afternoon. Start back on walking plan in the A.M. Believe it or not I didn't give into the "Comfort" foods. Just didn't appeal to me..prob did'nt eat enough if truth be told.
Back to some normal routines tomorrow...See ya'll!

Sorry to hear about BFF's father. I lost my mother in law last week. My heart goes out to you now.

This has been nothing but a total and complete GOOF OFF day...here it is 11:30 A.m...Need to shower and head to wal-mart...ugh..I did manage a 26 min walk this mornig when the sun came up...and mopped and bleached the Kitchen floor..other than that..Nothing..except play on this board...so...I'm off to shower and run some errands....Life is grand!!
