  • MissKristi here,

I seem to be doing things backwards. I've already made a few posts but I am just now introducing myself. i lost 14 lbs in the summer of 2003, kept the weight off for about 14 months and then gained back 10lbs. I restarted Jan 5th and have so far lost 5lbs and I am measuring my inches tomorrow, I tend to lose more inches than pounds. I have put my name in for the buddy program and I am trying to get up the nerve to sign up for the next boot camp.
I am married with 2 daughters and thankfully have a very supportive husband when it comes to me being on Atkins.
    See ya later.

      Welcome MissKristi :wave ,

If it wasn't for my caring, loving and very supportive wife I don't think I would have been able to stay on track. Her support continues and I will be forever thankful.

:ThumbsUp to your husband for being there for you...
      Always,

Welcome back to Atkins. I'm so happy that you have support from home. My congrats to your husband for sticking by you. Sounds like you had success on the WOE before and therefore I am sure you will be motivated to do it again. Do you have the book? Make sure you follow the 2-week induction and include exercise and supplements to your plan.

I look forward to hearing more about your success in future posts. Make sure you visit the Loser's Lounge and before/after success stories to help keep you motivated!

          MissKristi, welcome to the board.

I did the same thing, but I ported for weeks before I posted my intro. Having a supportive spouse is a huge help in doing this way of eating.

          Good luck.
          Jim

Yes I'm eating a smore in the picture, how do you think I got so fat?
