    Hi everyone... I'm new here... I'm *Pamela*

    My sister got me started (Thank you *Wendy*!)
    I started a week ago Sunday. So far, so good...
    I have a long road in front of me... I can do it... I know i can!

    So far i have lost 4.6 lbs. Not too bad, I think.

    Back to work now... Hope to read everyone's messages soon. So much support!

    Moving slowly but surely towards my goal...

    Starting weight: 218.2 lb. on Sept 11, 2007
    I MET my Short term goal (by Christmas):which was 190lb - I weighed in at 189!
    Ultimate Goal Weight: 140 lb

    Most recent weigh in was on 02-08-08 and I weighed in at 180.8 lb !

    My co-workers are now also health motivated, so I have even MORE support in my goals! Thank you, little sister *Wendy* for steering me in a healthy direction!

            You'll find there are loads of fun and motivating things going on (challenges, recipes, journals....). Join anything you feel like!

                  Hello Everyone, not sure where I have surfaced but at least I am somewhere. When I first joined I wasn't sure of what to put but now I hope I know a little more . I want to be in the Christmas Chanlenge and hope to meet my goal head on
                  I want to lose 30lb total and have lost a few but I am strugling with the same 3 back and forth, going to hange it . I want to ware a size 12 and be able to go shopping and have more fun by finding things that do look good on me. Thanks to everyone who has helped me. Linda

                        Oh my gosh! So many friendly people responded! What a wonderful site this is! i have to sneak peeks from my work computer... (always during the lunch break, of course...hmm) but i feel so lucky to have you all around like friends.. rooting me on. Your successes and positive attitudes are what is keeping me going. Thank you everyone! (as i munch on my salad at my desk) i hope to learn the ropes soon - to manuever around in the site and learn to put all of the fancy charts and goals and photos on my emails. I'll ask *Wendy* for help, too.

                          Wow, you're good for waiting till lunchtime to log on here! The more you come around, the easier it will be to manuever! You should read the tech forum, and the FAQ's for information. If all else fails, send a PM to jimmie 48 and she will help you out.
