Hi i am 24, getting married in 4 months and need to lose 30ib, but i also want to have this weigh of eating as a way of life, my energy levels are already rised, which is brill as i am always tired and the last 2 days i have had no problems getting out of bed!!
Here is what i have being eating hoping ye will point out if i am doing it right or not!!
Day 1
2 rashers & 2 eggs
chicken salad with egg mayo
Cold sliced beef with cheese & tomato
Day 2
2 rashers & 2 eggs
2 egg omellete with ham
chicken with garlic, broc & french beans and small garlic butter
Day 3
2 rashers & 2 eggs
homemade cream of chicken soup
Chilli mince with onions, mushrooms and peppers
Day 4
2 rashers & scrambled eggs
chicken salad with egg mayp
Chilli mince with onions, mushrooms and peppers
Day 5
2 rashers & 2 sausages
2 egg omellete with ham
chicken with garlic, cabbage & french beans small amount of garlic butter
Nearly forgot to say that i have had about 3 cups of decaf coffee with cream and i also have being drinking peppermint tea!!,
Not forgetting all of the water
!! So can ye tell me if i am doing out or is there anything i am doing wrong as i really wanna do this right!!
