  • Hello friends!

Just wanted to say hello to everyone. I am looking forward to getting to know all of you. Over the years I have been a habitual yo-yo dieter. Two years ago I went on an all low fat diet and lost 20lbs, but gained it all back only months later because of the cravings. I must confess, I used to be one of those Atkins naysayers, and one of those who balked and dismissed any thought of the low carb way of life. Unfortunately I did so without having read all the facts. But then I decided to read up on it for myself and to no longer allow the anti-Atkins critics do my thinking for me. So here I am...happy to be here and happy to be well on my way embracing the low carb lifestyle. In my short time, I have already lost 2lbs and some inches as well. All of your success stories are so encouraging that I think I have found the right place to be for the encouragement and support I I need. I am looking forward to finally acheiving the 55lbs weight loss that has eluded me for so long now that I finally know how to go about doing it the right way. Cheers! :joy
