Hey guys! I wanted to see what everyones opinion on this was, i spoke to my chiropractor today and she went to this seminar and she said that it was about detoxing your body and she said that shes been doing it for the past month, she says that she doesnt eat and bread, potatoes, rice, pretty much any starches! So my question is, do u think if i take all starches out of my diet but still eat fruits and yogurts, do u think i will still have a good chance of losing a significant amount of weight?
