Howdy ya'll
....This is my second time on atkins....a few years ago I lost 185 pounds in 10 months...I was also jogging about 7 miles every other day and working out with weights each day...anyhow I went from a size 26/28 to an 8....still had body size distortion from always feeling and being overweight...I would kill to be an 8 again...I have regained from the past few years of yo yo and an eating disorder...now I have made the choice to re try atkins...on my 3rd day of induction and have been in ketosis since yesterday...down 7 pounds from last weigh in 6 days ago...I am sad I am back where I am but accepting this and moving forward...have been doing well as far no binging and went off caffeine for the first time in a looooooong time...have been reading it is bad for those with arthritis in which I have, osteoarthritis in knees...recent surgery on one of them so have to take it easy...all that running and carrying extra weight took its toll.
I am looking forward to a continued weight loss...making new friends and this new journey ahead of me!

Re: Howdy ya'll
Welcome to ADBB Griffs Goddess, glad you found us and decided to come back. This is my second time around too, although I never stuck it out for any great length of time, unlike yourself. I know this WOE works though and I am sticking with it this time around.
