    mother daughter team statring induction

    Im 43, Joy..248
    Im 13, Frances...248
    We excited about the new adventure of weight lose. The 8th grade prom and health problems are what got us going. We join Curves for exercising and started on 1-19-2005 our induction program.

    We wish all who reads this good luck and we'd welcome any encouragemnt or ideas there are to offer us.

    We will be around for a while :joy

              So happy that you are joining our group. Your doing the right thing by adding exercise and WOE together. Make sure you take measurements so you can actually see how much you shrink. I still get excited when I see my body melting each time I take measurements.

                          Hey there you two, congrats on starting atkins, finding this great ha and losing the weight that you have so far. How exciting that you two can be there for each other -when 1 is low on motivation the other can be there to help them along the way. You two will be at goal before you know it :joy
