    Wow! This is like a dream!

    :wave Hello!
    I just registered tonight and really believe this is the place I have needed to be for a long time!
    I have been up and down the scale all my life and finally made it to a weight I was excited with. I even got hired by the airlines which was the acid - test for me on how well I had done losing weight. I worked for an international airline for 17 years and then was laidoff with thousands of my fellow employees and - boy - did the emotional eating kick in!
    Now, I am ready to put all that behind me and get started on my way back to a healthy weight and life! ( No more huffing and puffing for me )!
    Anyway, I am excited about this new chapter in my life and am looking forward to meeting some new friends who understand what the Atkins Diet is all about and learning some first - hand testimonials to the effectiveness!
    Thank you for having me! I feel like I have started on an exciting journey!! :yes

    :wave :wave welcome to ADBB I hope you have read your copy of DR ATKINS' NEW DIET REVOLUTION 2002 or newer copy right and are fully armed to begin induction according to those rules and acceptable food lists in chapter 11.

      Welcome to the board! You have found the best place fo encouragement and motivation. Also the members here are extremely knowledgable, and questions you have will probably get more answers than you bargained for.
