Hello Everyone...I just wanted to introduce myself. I am a 25 year old single Mom, and I am on a journey to live a HEALTHIER lifestyle. My challenge is to lose 30lbs on atkins and I intend on doing this with a very, very focused mind. Believe it or not losing 30lbs is my second GOAL, my first goal was to start working out, and I have managed to workout one week straight with no hesitation, which was my first goal...now that, that goal has been reached, I am ready to start losing weight, and building muscle. I workout twice daily, with cardio and weights. I will be starting INDUCTION tomorrow, and I am really looking forward to this challange....I am excited, and I wish all the best of LUCK!!
