Hi folks, New here at the forum. I've been on the Atkins diet for 10 weeks and have lost 33 pounds . I have 18 to go. My goal weight is 175. This is the 3rd time I've tried the Atkins diet, another whole story there, and it is working better than I could have imagined. I live in Oregon and am married with a 13 year old son.

Wow Grant, you have done really well. It's a long road but if a person doesn't get started, the road never gets any shorter. You are on the off ramp now. Go Ducks!
