Hey everyone. I've been lurking for a couple of weeks now and I see the wonderful support you guys offer and I decided to join.
Here is my problem, I am going to be 20 this month and I am getting married in march. I want to lose 30 pounds before my wedding. I started induction on friday and I lost 5 pounds but then gained 3 right back! I haven't lost any inches either! What could I be doing wrong? I've been excercising my butt off and I have been at a plateau for about 4 days! I've been excercising like a fiend and only cheated (by accident) once when i ate BBQ Basil chicken. (didnt know it had sugar) The KetoStix only have me as burning a small amount of fat.
Could it be that i am losing at a much slower rate because i dont have as much to lose as other people? I heard that only those with a lot of weight to lose see drastic results. I am 5"1 and i started out at 136 lbs. I am currently 132. Is 105 lbs too high of a goal?
I think it may be because I thought it was okay to eat Mckdonalds grilled chicken (just the patty!). Is their chicken processed?
Please offer me some feedback.

I have been in the intro for a month and I only lost 10 lbs!!! I understand what you are saying about not losing! But we have to do it stay with it! I lost 60 lbs laast time I was on the atkins.... Good luck hun

You've had great advice, so I'll just add my warm welcome to the board.
