    A little about me: I began the Atkins WoE about 3 years ago and lost 40 lbs. After successfully keeping it off for a while, this year has been a true bust, and half that weight decided to take up residence back on my waist, hips and thighs . So, back I am and this time the mantra is "by the book, by the book, by the book!"

    I want to say thank you to everyone on this forum, I feel like your posts have been such a great support for me even though I was just "lurking" before. The experience and wonderful attitudes on this forum make it really special.

      Welcome to ADBB Prya, nice to meet you. I love your statement, by the book by the book. That is the fool proof way to ensure success on this way of eating. it won't take you long to drop those pounds that creeped back on. Post often so we can cheer you on.

            Hi Pyra, you've got the best motto around, "by the book"! It truly is key to eating sucessfully this way for life. It's not a quick fix, but a committment to healthier eating. Enjoy the board, there's lots of information and lots of great people too.
