    I feel like a wallflower!

And my apologies for that too!

I joined ADBB on January 5, 2005. It's now January 23 and I feel great!

I kind of look at scales with a scowl on my face, but did weigh myself at Curves on January 17 and will weigh again on February 17. Once a month is sufficient for me.

I think my measurements, thanks to Curves again, will be a week before the 17th - also acceptable to me.....lol

All the best to everyone - I so much enjoy reading the posts - someone had said it feels like getting together with friends......and I wholeheartedly agree.

Okay, gotta go - I have a burger to cook for dinner......lol

Rachel, I wish I had your will power. I jump on those scales every day and sometimes its so frustrating I can't stand it.
Glad you found us :wave :wave :wave And if you have any questions just ask.

Thank you all so very much! There are just such nice people here - helpful and friendly - sigh, if only the world were like this!

Dreamof145 - you are beautiful. Wow, what a difference. You must feel wonderful and so proud of yourself!

It's easy for me to not hop on and off the scale - I know myself and will be much happier seeing a bigger result at the 30 day mark. I also feel with 30 day weigh-in's, it's not a day by day thing for me, but longer term. I know it wouldn't work for everyone, but it does for me!

I figure I have 2 weeks til measurements and 3 til weigh-in. I had re-started Induction on 01/05/05, have no idea of my success, if any, from that date til the 17th when I got on the scale.

And that's ok with me - I'll see what the scale says on February 17th!

I also don't think the scale is a measurement of who you are - if I do the right things, it'll fall into place naturally - some days I'm such a PollyAnna...lol

Continued good luck all - I feel the joy I'd feel for great accomplishments of dear friends as I read of your successes on ha
