Hi all,
I will be 43 Monday and I have to lose some weight. I have no idea how much I weigh but the last time I weighted was over a year ago and I weighted 338#s. I am tired of being tired.
I work and go to school (take 6 classes) and have my grand children on the weekend. As you can see, I do not have much time so I need some suggestions on something’s that can be cooked ahead, fast or picked up that isn’t too pricy. I know that I need to read the book but I don’t have time, while I’m in the car I’m listening to notes from class so that puts out buying the book and listening to it on tape. If someone will please tell me something fast that, I could eat for breakfast instead of eating snack cakes and chips or something that I pick up at the store in the mornings this would be helpful
