          Glad you joined us. This is the best place for support and motivation as you get healthy and lose weight.

          Have you read the book? The Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution edition 2002 will give you all the ins and outs of the WOE and how to do it correctly.

          I've been on this WOE for 11 months now and its the best thing I've ever done for myself. I feel great and have lost weight. I look forward to reading your future posts about your success here. :wave
