I recently registered after reading nearly every thread on the board, information overloaded at the moment and I have already received excellent advice from my mentor extraordinaire!
History: been yo-yoing all my life and three years ago I lost about 20 kilos and have recently put 10 kilo back on...
even though I only used to eat one meal a day.
Atkins has been great, eating three meals a day has me feeling like I have died and gone to heaven and already I have lost 3 kilos.
The thing I know that I am going to miss the most will be rice, sushi, rice and ofcourse sushi! (Hubby is Japanese which wont help in that department)
Anyways, just wanted to say thanks for all the info that made induction an easy process, although I had read the book its not the same as seeing it translated into real life experiences!
