Hi Liz I just noticed your screen name and guessed you are another Brit!!
Welcome to our international ADBB family

Soya flour wont be 'legal' till you reach the legume level/rung of OWL, so wait to buy it till then as I dont think it keeps well. Also it has a very 'distinctive' (to put it politely) taste so do buy a small pack first to see if you can stomach it before buying a large bag!!

Before I discovered ADBB and realised I was not doing Atkins according to the book I bought a large pack of it (saving money by buying in bulk ) which I had to throw away because it went off before I was in OWL!!
Wondering how to get 'most' of your net carbs from your induction veggies?
Take a look at the thread from the latest Veggie Challenge to see how others manage it!

Check out our Low Carb Recipes website and add to it!!

I am now on week three! I just can't believe how much my appetite has decreased, it must be a miracle for me, as I was always hungry before!
Too many carbs are definately addictive.
                Good luck to you all.

                  Hi Liz

What are the scales showing??? how much have you lost? And make sure you measure too - sometimes you lose inches rather than lbs!

Yes I just love the loss of appetite!! I think its some sort of miracle how we dont crave all the "naughties" that we normally overdose on!! Why dont you come and join the cheat free challenge?? its really good - once you hit double figures - you just dont want to cheat and go back to day 1!! hehe

                  good luck on week 3
