    Hi, I am back because i know this works. Yea, it is tough to start but i know its gonna get easier. My hubby is gonna help me with it cause he needs to lose as well. I lost 20 last time, and only gained 10 but was only on for 3 months. Wish us luck!!

    Welcome back to Atkins Wants2bthin! You made a wonderful decision to re-commit.
    I bet you'll find that doing Atkins with your husband makes all the difference. You'll have each other for support, which is great!
    You did it before, so you can do it again. We'll help you.

          Welcome back. And welcome to Hubby too. So happy you are doing it together ~ will be a lot easier when it comes to having someone to exercise and plan meals with.

            You said it yourself, you know this works, keep up the great attitude and you will do it.
            40 year old male 6' 3"

            What I know:
            1-Atkins WOE/WOL plan works
            2-I need to always work on the behaviors and triggers that make me over eat.
            3-Atkins WOL is part of the puzzle, but is not the entire thing.
            4-Self-deprecation only feeds our inner ego and not in a good way.

                Welcome back. That's great that your Hubby is joining you. I'm doing this with my sister. Even though she lives in a different state we are a great support system for each other. It's great to have someone who understands the ups and downs. Also, its twice as nice to share the successes and to give each other kudos!! Lots of luck on your new journey together!!!
