This time I am doing it!! Today I watched the NYC Marathon, and you know what......I am going to participoate in the 2009 NYC Marathon!! I have to first gain a stronghold in the struggles with my weight. I am 5'10" and I weigh about 270lbs.....thats about 7 pounds down in 7 days on Atkins
I have made a list of all those induction foods and even have created some recipes and put some ideas on paper. I am in charge now! During these first days I have enjoyed tuna fish, shrimp, tilapia, chicken, steak and eggs, spinach and broccoli, various cheeses......I know I am on the right, most direct track to where I want to be. My biggest difficulty lies with breakfast.....I don't want to have too many eggs every day. I have been having, get this......one-egg omelets!! It has worked for me though and I try to drink a sip of water between bites with everything I eat. A few days I skipped breakfast and I know that can't be good...yikes! If anyone can lend any suggestions to me I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance
