    Back 4 round 2

    Hi everyone :wave

    I did Atkins last year from Dec-April and did great!!! I was even able to quit smoking(smoke free still) anyway I had a workmens comp accident and have been stuck home for months and well lets just say i have eaten a bit to much baked mac n cheese. So i am ready to get back on Atkins 100% I still eat low carb but not low ENOUGH
    Did Atkins last year lost alot of weight in under 3 months had an accident gained it all back.
