Hello everyone, I have never been here before. I have tried Atkins before and the first time I lost 20 pounds. I was talked out of it by friends and family and have struggled ever since. The only other time I lost weight was working out like dog and a couple of pounds from the Weight Watcher program. But with both, I was always hungry and never satisifeid. I have to say with Atkins I can eat and be completly satisfied, not tired and sluggish and I lose. I have been back with Atkins for 6 weeks now. Actually I am starting my 6th week on Monday. I have went (according to my scale at home) from 244 -232. It is slower this time because I have not given up the Cheesecake slice from chick fa la, white chedder popcorn and coffee. Starting Monday I am letting it all go except coffee. I am also going to start working out at least 2 hrs a day. Hopeully that will get the fat moving. I was reading about weight loss success stories and read about a guy who lost over a 100 pounds with this websites help. So I am single and my friends are against the Atkins way of life. So I could use a support system. Thank you for having me.
