    Hey all!!!

    I just joined this nice little community!! I am 20 years old, I live in washington dc right now but my home will always be good old boston ma! I restarted atkins after gaining about 30 lbs due to freshman year in college, working on a political campaign and just being lazy in general. I have lost a good 20lbs since my highest weight!!!! besides eating low-carb i excercise...a lot..and i love it!!! i can't tell you how important it is and how GREAT it makes you feel!!! i....i love movies and music and politics and reading and going out and clubbing and all that jazz.... have around 40lbs to lose before i hit my goal and i really want to reach it before i leave for europe in september and before i turn 21...also in september (i wonder if that is at all realistic).... I was hoping to have a beach worthy bod by this summer but i realize thats a very unrealistic goal...so i am just going for the ability to wear a tank-top with out feeling like a beached whale....anyways thats all i can think of to say now... feel free to pm me or email anytime and have a great day!!

      We are alway so happy when we get new members. Our ha is the best!

      You can make great progress by swimsuit time. Just follow the Induction plan and don't cheat! You will be surprised on how much progress you will make.

        Welcome to the ADBB site! I'm sure you'll find everyone here to be fantastic when it comes to giving support and inspiration to lose the weight and get healthy.

        Make sure you take your measurements so that you can compare them every few weeks and see the progress you are making. Glad to hear that you like to exercise, cause that is one of the most important aspects in keeping your body tone and healthy.
