  • Help Me Lose My Stomach PLEASE!

    Hello Everyone.
    I have started the Atkins diet a few weeks ago. I am always on and off. Once you get off track its so hard to get back on track. So this time I have been doing great. I am 24 years old. I am down to 135 Pounds. I am 5'7". I walk two miles a day, work out with weights and do endless crunches. The only problem is I cannot get rid of my stomach. I look like I am 4 months pregnant. I wil lpost some pics as soon as I figure out how to, hopefully today.
    Does anyone have any suggestions for me???

      5'7"....135lbs. i am sure you look great already......but things can only get better once you embrace this lifestyle.

        theres lots of exercise challenges you can join, which it sounds like you need! the abs one would be a good one for you!

          Hiya Advgirl. Warm welcome to the . Glad to have you with us.

          Kudos to you for exercising so much. It's really important to success with this (or any) weight loss programme.
          As Emma says, an exercise challenge would be great for you, and the abs one in particular. Why not give it a try?
