    Hi Ladies and Gents

    Ive been hovering around the boards, so much info to take in and im in the process of 'weighing up' and summoning up the strength to shed some pounds.

    Im looking for info on women who have hormonal probs, pre menopausal , pms type probs and how atkins helps them.. cant seem to find it,, can you help?

      Welcome to ADBB Info on pms and hormones is likely to be found (or you can ask anything you like) in the women's forum. You need to put an F or 'female' in our signature and request access to view this. Go to User CP to request access.

      I would say for me PMS is not as drastic as it used to be now I follow this WOL.

        Hi ~ Welcome! Living this WOE definitely is a plus in dealing with hormonal issues. Exercise,taking supplements, lots of water and eating healthier helps balance the body and the mind. Fill your mind with positive thoughts and develop positive actions and you'll see positive results. There's so much inspiration and motivation here with members - utilize the forums and challenges - educate yourself by reading the book, Dr. Atkins New Diet Revolution, edition 2002, make plans to change your habits - measure and become active with others who are doing this WOE (ADBB). Soon you'll be comfortable with this life-style.

          Alexa's right... you'll find threads on hormonal issues, pms etc. in the Womens' Forum. You need to request access because it's a private forum.
