    Hi everyone... I have been reading posts here and there and I love the support! Need to lose around 30 pounds-gained it by being a bread-n-butter freak! taste so good! lol.... want to buy the book to shed more light so any advice would be appreciated...
    Trying to do that ticker thing to keep track and make me feel better knowing that even if I don't see it leaving, I will know I have lost it! lol

          Welcome Bread and butter. You'll find lots of support and encouragement here with folks who want to help you succeed. Jump in, get active in the challenges, journals, forums and make lots of friends. Having others to share the adventure with will make it more enjoyable to change your life-style and succeed. Post often and keep us posted so we can help you celebrate as you reach your goal.

              Hey bread n butter! Welcome to you. Yup, that bread makes us all end up on this board! The good news is that when you follow this plan properly, you will be eating bread again, only it will be 100% whole grain instead of evil white flour!

              Have you ever used www.fitday.com? it's a great site for logging your food/exercise. it will keep track of your calories and carbs for you. Check it out!
