    New from Va!

    Although I have been doing Atkins for about 3 weeks, I am very new to this community. I'm still searching through everything. I love it here. I started at 201 and I'm currently at 189.5. I love this way of life and I'm excited to keep going. I'm looking forward to meeting people here.

          Wow! I just read your post about the snow and saw your "before and after" pictures. I must tell you that there is a dramatic difference!! You look like a totally different person & are so beautiful!
