:wave Restarting tomorrow 2/1/2005... Joined May of last year, feel into a crack and now I'm back and feeling optimistic that I can do this. I know it works, it did the last time. I'm 64 years old, retired, two daughters, hubby, 2 grandkids, a cat and a dog.... Life is good and we're trying to keep warm here in Upstate New York.... Brrrr!!! I'll be checking in on the boards and reading all the great encouraging words from you all.... it's good to be back and here's to getting the weight off!!! BestestNana (as my grand daughter told me)! ha,ha.
