  • Newbie to the boards!!!

    Hello All,
    I am currently doing Atkins for the second time. I just found this board and have been looking around for about a week. I started Monday the 19th but did not weigh myself until yesterday.. so I will assume that is my starting weight which is 222!!! OUCH!!! I lost about 40lbs last time but fell off the wagon big time!! I am hoping with the help of these boards I can make it stick longer and keep to it.. tonight is rough!!! I am actually very hungry which is odd because after 5 days last time I was never hungry!!! Might be doing something wrong.. I will learn how to navigate and add all the lovely "ticker" stuff as it would be nice to see the progress!!!! Good luck to all !!! Here's to a great WOL!!!!!

        Hi Sweets! I moved your other thread about tickers and such to the technical forum for you. you will get a much better response there, and some instructions too! Or, you can send a private message to jimmie 48 and she can help you out.

        Welcome to the board. Coming to the board frequently is a terrific way to stay accountable. We're all here for the same reasons and love to watch others shrink!

              Welcome Sweets! Good to have you join us for your new Atkins journey. Hope the board will help you make this a way of life, rather than just a diet. I'm very confident you'll make that transition

              If you're hungry, eat. Eat nice legal foods and keep your fat high. Look for hidden sugars in the things you're currently eating, as these can cause horrid cravings.

              Don't be shy of asking any questions you might have. We're with you all the way!
