Welcome back! I am second timer (plus many, many starts along the way). This time I'm serious (I finally bought a scale) and look forward to seeing your great success too!
Welcome. The good thing about starting again is that you already know the triggers that caused you to goof up before. You can write them down and plan around them with new improved ways to get through rough times. Make sure you take your measurements cause it is really exciting to see the inches melting off as you lose weight. Best wishes, keep active here with others who will support and encourage you. Keep us posted on your progress. We care!
Starting Date 3/12/04 285/165/145 - F
Dedication gives wings to our dreams and keeps them in flight! In One Word...COMMITTMENT.
Welcome back Cassius. Good that you've decided to re-commit to Atkins.
I'll second Sandy's suggestion that you hop on over to the STAC (second time around club). Everyone there has fallen off the wagon at some time or other, often more than once. Lots of advice and tips to be had there. They're a great bunch and many have gone on to reach goal, no problem.
Keep us posted as to your progress. We're with you!

Hey again Cassius! Please try to come around the board often, it's a sure way to stay on the wagon. Also, you would probably enjoy Second Time Around Club, like Sandy has said! You can do it, I know you can!
