Hello Everyone! I am Karlita and I am in Phase One of my Atkins Diet started on 11/26/2007. CW 287lb and my GW 200lb by 11/02/2008! I will be posting my results every Monday! The hardest I've felt so far is the sweet craving, but I will be strong and everyone out there you guys are amazing, I've been reading posts for about 2 weeks now and I said to myself I can do this, so I am doing it.
    Thanks for your support!

    Karlita

Welcome Karlita... good to have you aboard!

The sweet cravings can be hard at first, but take heart... it really does get easier as you go along. A tip... if you have a craving... eat a high fat snack (Atkins legal of course). That'll help keep you on plan until the cravings subside... and they will.
Being prepared and always having something you can eat handy, has saved many a member from a tumble from the wagon.

      You can do it!
      Before and after:

      PLEDGING FLIGHTS
Completed: 1st set of buildings and mountains (Everest,M.Blanc & Kilimanjaro, twice); Tower Masts & Chimneys; More virtual buildings; Challenger's Choice x 2 (volcanos and mountains on Mars). Currently climbing: Mount Snowdon again: 416/475

Start 10 Jan 2005. Maintenance since Aug. 2005.
