    Hi ! My name is Laura... I am on the Atkins diet for the second time. I lost 45 pounds last time and gained 40 pounds of it back. It has been about 2 1/2 years ago. I went through some hard times and gave in to the gravings of eating junk food again. Gosh and did I eat. I have been back on Atkins for 2 weeks now and have went down 10 pounds! :nod I drank alot of beer too hahaha ! I think I am back on the right track now and so happy I found all of you. This is really going to help me . Thanks for being here

    It never ceases to amaze me of how easy and how effective this ***diet*** is!!




    I have since re-gained a bit of weight, but that is soon to be coming off again!

      i'm new to this... i have been trying to find something like this forever....

      well a little about me... i'm 20 years old and 5'1" i have been on the atkins diet for 3 months... i started out at 135 and then got down to 125... i was at a stall for a couple of months... i think it was due to the carb bars and almonds that i was eating during christmas time... but now i'm back on induction... and i'm loving it even more the second time.... i'm now down to 122... my goal weight is 110.... heck i would be happy to be 115...

      i think i am doing everything right this time around... i work out everyday... 30 minutes of cardio(elliptical) pilates for dummies and my ab ball... i love it all... i mean it is hard and i have to have major motivation but i do it... i try and just picture myself on the beach without a worry in the world... see i live in florida so it's really easy for one of my friends to be like "hey you want to go to the beach?" and even my boyfriend says it once in a while... so it's crazy.. i would just like to look better...
      people do tell me that i don't need to lose the weight but i feel i need to... and the reason i joined this forum is because sometimes i have questions about little things and i need everyone elses help... oh yeah and i do have a question now... how do i do a profile????
