I'd like to say hi to everybody

My name is Arielle and I live in California. I learned about Adkins through a co-worker of mine. I saw her lose a lot of weight. That was a year ago. I officially tried Adkins a few weeks ago. I got through induction, but fell right back into old ways. So, I just chalked it up to a bad week, and re-started officially Monday January 31st. Doing induction this second time, is a little easier, because I know how much better I was starting to feel. I've always been overweight. I hope, actually I need to say, I KNOW that I will succeed on Adkins. I can't wait for some real results. I can't wait to fit into clothing I have hanging in my closet that I can't wear because of my weight. I'm really excited, and this message board is helping me so much. Thanks, and good luck to all of you.

I'm also new here and just re-started 13-Feb-05 after a week long of indulgence to my usual way of eating (non-Atkins). But now, this second time around, we know how great it feels doing this WOE and we are sure it works. So, let's keep on eating the Atkins way and watch the fats melt away!!! :icondance
